"When I think of pasties this is the type of pasty I imagine. The dough was soft and the filling was flavourful and the gravy made it feel like a home cooked meal. I had the beef filled pasty and my girlfriend had the veggie pasty. Both were delicious, you have the option of getting Cole slaw on the side as well as gravy and sour cream to go with your pasty. They also had a few different pies, some cookies and cinnamon sugar pastries. I see why people come from all over the world to try these. I'm gonna get the food a 5 star in comparison to other pasties I've had in the past. Service was good and fast, the cashier was friendly and welcoming ."
"I remembered Mr. Foisie's from my childhood and I was excited to get to take my own kids here! Come early, though - by 6pm they were sold out (a testament to their popularity!). The pasties were delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. We will be back next time we're in town!"
