"If I could give no stars I would. The Holland legal aid does not care and they suck at helping people especially Kassie Evenson!!! Refuses to answer calls or return calls. Refuses to update me on my case. Missed 3 of my court hearings this place is a joke and so is Kassie. Would not recommend!"

"The website does not offer help or a intake form like it states. The questionnaire literally leads you in circles where you never get connected with live person."

"Was sent over to this agency to get help with a disability case talk to someone for a very short time sent out emails and never got returned any emails or calls had two cases without a lawyer present due to no one returning calls or emails. Have called The office for the months in advance before any hearing and still nothing back, so unprofessional."

"Was told they don't deal with guardianship. Told me to find a private attorney. Umm a private attorney wants 3-5k down to start. Hence why I need legal aid. Im attempting to get disability and can't afford that."
