"We have been here a couple times already but it gets worse every time we go back. We will not be coming back. Top lock was broken. The bathroom was the most disgusting I ever seen. Hair in tub, shower wet, hair on toilet seat, hair inside toilet, hair every where in that bathroom, toilet seat had mutterings on it, the shower curtain was black, dirty soap suds stuck on the shower wall, dust all over coffee maker,.sheets and pillowcases looked used and wrinkles. No cups for water. Too loud by the highway. Breakfast nothing but carbs. Housekeeping and the inspectors for the rooms are definitely LAZY and not cleaning properly. This comes from a former housekeeping woman. Please do better!!"

"My partner and I was in town for The Christmas Market. The employees at the service desk were very friendly. The breakfast the next morning was awesome. My partner was practicing Gluten-free so their should be some options available. The room was perfect if you just needed a place to sleep. Mattress was Awesome. Usually I'm uncomfortable in a hotel bed. But this one perfect. Great location. The room looked like it was in the process of renovations. I could see alot of flaws in the room."

"I would not stay here again. I knew it wouldn't be wonderful, but for the price I was expecting better. Pros: the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was nothing great, but it was edible. Good coffee. Comfortable bed. Cons: Dark, Dirty, Dingy rooms. Cobwebs in all corners. Broken tub handles. Dirty carpet, socks black from walking on floor. No extra anything, 1 roll toilet tissue, no extra garbage bags. Not enough towels or wash clothes. A couple bugs flying around & a centipede looking thing crawling on the wall. I would not stay there again."

"Hall carpeting could use a good cleaning or replacement. Made it look dark and dinghy. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Fruit looked fresh, biscuits were okay but the sausage gravy was not very good, had yogurt, oatmeal which did not try. Looked like the frozen Breakfast burritos again did not try. Coffee was good. Did empty our own trash was told by the front desk to tell them the night before. Price was okay."

"Expectations were low and many things occurred to validate my concerns. Here is everything that happened during check in: No one was working the counter and myself and others had to “wait for the manager to return” to check in We used a luggage cart (which had a flat tire) to gather all of our items from the car but then were notified there was no elevator so kind of defeats the purpose of that if you’re on the 2nd floor On check-in we were given a room that didn’t match up with our reservation (asked for king and was given 2 queens) We were told they would switch our room for us and call to let us know when it was ready After 30 mins we called the front desk and had no answer so we walked down and were told they forgot and were just about call us to give us keys to the new room We go to the new room and it was obviously not cleaned and the bedding was thrown all over the room, someone could have been in there still honestly I was too afraid to look We walked back down to the front desk and the employee went upstairs to help the housekeeper clean the room which has us feeling a little discouraged because how well would it actually be cleaned if we’re likely seen as nagging impatient customers who were simply just expecting what we paid for and booked I understand people make mistakes and places can be short staffed but all of this happening in the first 45 minutes of our stay is enough to convince me to go with any other hotel chain in the future. Edit: we had to cancel and re-book a dinner reservation because we arrived at 5 with 2 hours to get ready and we didn’t get our actual room until after 6. (Check in is at 3) The front desk worker was still very polite and apologetic and I could tell she felt bad. I see Quality Inn has a generic copy+paste response for every other negative review which is clearly to just an attempt to save face and use corporate speak to pretend they care so I’d be 0% surprised if that’s the only bit of effort given to try to “make things right” for a paying customer."
