"Wow, what an amazing experience. I was looking, literally nationwide for a Toyota FJ40. I looked at everything available for over 30 days. I found a lovely 78 on a classic auto trader website, exactly the year I wanted. I sent a message via the link and a representative from GR Auto Gallery responded within an hour. "I want to share a great sales experience I had with GR Auto Gallery. I found the car I was looking for (2006 Mustang GT convertible) on their internet site and contacted GR Auto Gallery, in Grand Rapids, MI. I connected with a salesperson there, Steve. From the first (of many) calls and texts, he was knowledgeable, professional, personable and patient. I had never bought a car out-of-state and he carefully explained all the facts and issues dealing with titling and registration. Their website had plenty of pictures and a video so I could get a really good, close-up look at the car. As I was planning to fly in one day, and purchase the car the next day and drive it back to Virginia, Steve recommended a good hotel by the airport and then picked me up on Saturday, his day off, to take me to their dealership. When I saw the car in person for the first time, it was better than the pictures and video – absolutely spotless. We wrapped up the paperwork very efficiently, Steve showed me the car and explained the features, let me test drive it, and I was on my way. The car performed beautifully on the interstate and is happily parked in my driveway now. It was a very positive experience due primarily to Steve’s professionalism! By the way, if you haven’t visited his showroom, it’s definitely worth a few hours of your time to look at the approx. 300 classic autos they have on display.
