"Nothing but 5 Stars, just as so many others have said! Clean, fresh, healthful selections. Even got some training from the owners on how to use their "Al Shams Bakery" (from Dearborn, MI) Pita bread, with olive oil and their super-fresh herb blend, called Za'atar Baladi (I think it is a cultural bitter-herb blend) and it tastes very good. I was not prepared to haul meat around in the car that day, so I did not buy any meats. However, I will surely try their meat selection soon, as I could see the nice cuts and observe their care in handling the products they offer. Do yourself a favor and take some time to ask questions about the things you see on the shelves. You will find foods you have not ever tried before and which are health-giving, culturally significant and much more interesting than the same ol' meat and potatoes."
