"I had a great experience and would love to give 5-stars. However, my credit card was charged twice and I have had no luck with getting a refund or at least credit for another visit. I spoke with the lady/waitress during the session and she assured me she would look into it. Then, I have called twice following up with a detailed message of the situation with no return call and no one ever answers. Again, the actual painting experience was great, the review loses stars for the poor customer service and lack of follow up when double charging a customer. *Update- after seeing this post, Wine & Canvas credited my CC with the extra charge."
"It was an amazing experience! I had a lot of fun with friends. The lesson had a side tv with a close up of the painting for people in the back to see better. I appreciated the patience and fun the instructor had with the class!"
