"Saved us from buying a new ergo base. We were told at 2 previous styles it would not work with the mattresses. Thanks Jeremy."

"Salesman looked my Wife and I in the eyes and Lied! I have worked in furniture sales before and know one of the biggest scams out there is a furniture or mattress warranty as there is always a clause that lets them out. So when the salesman went on and on about the 100 day risk free trial, I was very skeptical and asked a lot of questions. He replied multiple times "EVERYTHING holds a 100 day no questions asked return policy. I went as far as to ask "if I just load it all in my truck and bring it here I'd get my money back?" He said yes, " Absolutely" as long as its after 30 days but before 100 days. Well here we are , less then 100 days and this $5000 air mattress is destroying my back and giving me massive lower back pain. So we start looking into returning only to find out 1) the store does not accept returns on anything other then sheets. You have to go through corporate and deal with some call center, and 2) the Frame which costs more then the bed and none of the Smart features work without the sleep number mattress is none refundable. They will take a nasty used mattress and dirty sheets back but the Frame is were they draw the line. This is their SCAM. They will sell you on the package standing behind this "no Risk" trial knowing most people wont return it and get stuck with a useless frame that is the majority of the cost. However the gimmick is not was bothers me, what bothers me is the salesman just boldfaced lied about that and said many time Everything was 100% refundable no questions asked, And when your in the buying process they flip this little screen around and say sign here and here stating someone over the age of 18 will be in the home for delivery and set up. Not telling you this delivery agreement is actually the small print of the terms and conditions and is the only place stated they wont refund the frame. Update: 11/16/23 It appears that salespeople lying about the "in home trial / risk free trial" is perfectly fine in Sleep Numbers book. As you can see from the response. The only thing they offer is a link to the terms and conditions that go against everything the salesman said. Appears to me the salesman needs to read these terms and conditions. My fault for listening to your salesman who said he just recently completed his training. However kudos to him for being slick and pulling off the " sign here to confirm someone 18 or older will be home" trick while actually getting you to agree to getting scammed. I was never even given the opportunity to read the terms and conditions of buying a bed, Is that part of the training process? Lie and scam to get them to sign, make them believe we have this worthless trial and then lie about what they are signing. Then to add to it, the thing already wont hold air throughout the night, so I'm curious as to what Im going to find out about the 10 yr warranty. What are they going to tell me as to how that's not covered now."

"Richard was so nice and patient. We tried our 3 top choices forever! He listened to what we wanted, didn't try to hard sell or talk us into the most expensive bed they had, and in the end helped us get the bed we wanted."
