"Service was good. Store was a little messy compared to the one near my home. I found some great stuff as always. Staff was not very friendly but overall a good experience."
"My favorite place to buy 4 ply yarn. We shopped the entire store. There are so many craft and decorative items to choose from. We saw puzzles and model cars to put together and many kids crafting kits. Just a fun place to spend some time."
"Like the deals but I'm fed up with horrible customer service. Can never find anyone in the store to help while shopping and the wait time at checkout are both horrible because the female manager is always up front with the other employees in a little circle yapping. I understand mini meetings at the start of shifts but this is everytime we are there. I've even seen the manager interrupt a cashier while she was cashing a customer out to discuss what she needed! Do better!"
"Loved this place. The home decor range was incredible and so many shelves! Crafts side was lacking a bit in the scrapbooking department that's why not 5 stars but over all a really cool store."
