"Set my appointment and bought tickets on Oct 22. Received email wanting confirmation Oct 23..ok fine but my ticket purchase and appointment was set yesterday. Visited on Dec 26 at appointment time and closed. Called phone twice and finally got answered. Owner says I don't have any scheduled today. I explained emails etc. Told to come back in an hour. At end of event internet was down so she said she would send photos on mugshot paper later Never did; only sent photo. She said she would refund me $25 for being a good sport through all this. Emailed a couple times looking for refund...emails all ignored and no refund. Will not be back"
"Actually had a great time! The host was very friendly and helpful cause we definitely needed it! I would call and check for available times before booking online. Also has a dispensary!"
"Made a reservation and paid in advance only to find no one at the location when we arrived. After a phone call, I was told that they "do their best" to be there and there was no one available for the time we had already booked for! They would not get someone out there to accommodate us or let me reschedule but did offer a refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone since a reservation means nothing. Zero stars but it won't let me post without giving at least one."
