"Found 2 pieces of black hair in my large Mac and cheese, and I can’t help but question the rest of my food, I bought the 32.99 16 piece meal that includes 4 sizes. Idk. But I do know that yesterday when ordering I witnessed a grown man hitting his vape right next to where my food was being packaged at. And the reason why I say grown man is because this grown man outta know better. The girl that mistakenly/accidentally dropped her hair in my food, was not wearing a hairnet as required by kfc, her black hair was basically just flopping around everywhere yesterday. And I used to work here prior to the new management, hairnets/keep your hair up under your hat is actually a requirement, not vaping or smoking inside was also a requirement, but ever since this new management, this kfc has went down hill even farther than it was before. Also to top everything off wasn’t given butter or honey for my biscuits which is also something they are just supposed to toss in the bag, butter isn’t something your supposed to ask for when buying their biscuits."
"Absolutely never been somewere order your food and they laugh at you when you order because its a big order like your a huge inconvenience. Than continue to tell you to order your food online itd be easier. Than you ask their name and the say you dont need to know my name its none of your bussines whats your name? ask for manager this guy comes out with no name tag either and says just wait for your food and deal with it. It is October 27th 6:20 pm right now."
