"I know why I don't eat here. The fish smell was overpowering. Couldn't eat anything fried due to cross contamination. Won't go back unless it's a last minute group decision like it was this time."
"Last few times we've ate from here our burgers were pink! One of our kids got sick the other night from eating here (had a burger) and another mutual friend also reported a pink burger recently. What's going on?!"
"Love your food but get real with the condiments. Order a burger with ketchup only and your lucky to get a half a teaspoon and if you order a little extra you'll get a sloppy Gruver with a quart of ketchup all over everything. This has happened at several locations in several cities and states. We are not asking for a slop burger because we want a little more of something. Why do you do this ? I like ketchup on my burger not a half teaspoon and not a half gallon. PLEASE !"
"I have to say, the food was delicious and the employees were very friendly. Even the other diners were very friendly. Even as we were leaving the cashier up front told us to have a nice day. Was a nice break from the places I have been lately with such rude customer service. Thank you to all of you. Great job!!"
"Spouse needed gluten free and saw posts that they offered it. When asked, the cashier and manager were super helpful. Provided allergen pamphlet, marked allergy on receipt. Bun even comes in separate wrapper. Food was all good. Best service was at this fast food place that most dine in restaurants!"
