"I have shopped at Kirkland's many times and usually pleased. However, this time I found all the staff to be preoccupied with getting new (probably fall stuff) out on the shelves and they were not as friendly as other times. I also found the prices not as good as in the past. Parking is very good. Overall, just an okay experience this time."
"The quality of the items were great and cashier was nice. The low rating is for the lack of customer floor service. There were about five people, including myself, searching for sales floor reps. During black Friday, you need more people working the floor."
