"We recently worked with Shelby Design Center to get new light fixtures as part of a kitchen renovation project. We had the good fortune to work with Jennie there who helped us with this custom order. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not correctly complete one of the fixtures on the first two attempts. (although they were highly reputable). Thankfully Jennie and her manager Misty were there to work for us in getting things straightened out and getting the fixture correctly done. We could not imagine how we could have had this done without Jennie and Misty working with the company on our behalf. "A huge thank you to Shelby Design Center. Our flooring project, by far, exceeded our expectations. Christi and Mitch were such a pleasure to meet. Mitch was so helpful in pulling floor samples out for me. Christi was great in helping us select a flooring to accommodate our needs. As our project progressed, we shared ideas for an area rug in our great room and runner down the hall. She selected various color and fabric types that she felt would be both beautiful and durable, and I was able to decide from there. With Christi's help, she made final decisions fun and easy. Mark could not have been more accommodating in scheduling our project. We had some time restrictions going in. He saw that our time frames were met, and our job was completed in a timely manner. Our flooring project was a bit of a challenge. There was a slight difference in height where our kitchen and foyer floor met our great room floor. With our existing carpet and cement incline, you never noticed the difference. With vinyl flooring, this issue needed to be addressed. Both Mark and Adam came out, measured, and decided the cement needed to be removed along with all of the old flooring. Next, a thicker plywood would be laid in its place to raise the floor. Then, the luxury vinyl flooring would be put down. Adam assured me he could make the transition from the kitchen and foyer into the great room timeless (not a noticeable height difference) and he delivered! Adam has an eye for detail and it shows in his work. Both Adam and Keith worked our job. These guys are the best of the best! Polite, punctual, cleaned the job area up before leaving and always respectful of our home. Both my husband and I appreciate all the extra effort and hard work they put into our job.
