"Attempted to use home Depot for a countertop installation but their incompetentence to provide an estimated quote led to the actual measure day increasing the price $1,300 dollars. This is a horrible consumer experience and wasted several days out of our remodel. My recommendation would be to go somewhere where people are more capable and willing to assist. Their attempt to diffuse was also a complete failure"

"Purchased a washer and dryer to be delivered November 6. The free installation was the big ordeal. The installers kept finding things they said that kept them from being able to install the washer. They said to call a plumber. This went on several times with the 3rd third vist the plumber said there was nothing wrong! Finally, they sent out the"expert" to hook up the washer. Afterwards I went to wash a load and discovered the washer only had hot water! Another wait for the installers to check this out and was told the washer was defective. Another week to wait for a new washer, finally delivered and set up November 23! Never again with Home Depot"
