"The guy who owns the store has zero customer service skills. Shop anywhere else! The roof leaked from the installation and when we mentioned it, his answer was just add more caulk. He wanted to charge us a service call when we asked for him to provide the labor to fix the roof correctly. We were willing to spend the money ourselves to buy extra roofing materials. Again... Shop anywhere else!"
"Guys were here when they said they would be, new there stuff did a good job. I gave them a tip. They definitely had better tack and attitude then their boss. Would deal with them again, not sure about the boss."
