"I call this place to donate a 4000 square foot. Store full of everything you could ever think of and of course I wanted this place to come. Pick it up so that the community could have a chance to buy very nice things. Put the lady on the phone when I called. All she kept saying to me is it's up to you. It's up to you. It's up to you because they have a fee to pick up free stuff. And she told me that that fee is to pay for the gas and the people to pick it up. I thought that's what the sales were for I am not paying someone to come pick up free stuff. Very rude I will not shop there"
"Extremely rude. Would not stop hanging up on me when I was simply asking if a couch was still there and asking to place it on hold to get it the same day. I just wanted to know so my family coming to help from Petoskey wouldn't be coming all that way for nothing :/"

"TLDR; Great restore! 40% furnishings, 20% building supplies, 20% lighting, 20% homegoods/decor. PROS: pricing is still very reasonable, selection was good, store very organized. Overall just a fantastic restore. CONS: employee seemed kind of down and distracted, hope he's doing okay?"
"I buy a lot from this store. They are always very help full. Prices are usually reasonable but some times high but it goes to a good cause. Also they often have 1/2 price sales on selected items. Last week I was looking for a door and it was 1/2 off. I got it for $10.00. Great deal."
