"This Kroger is usually stocked with everything you need, even more than the other "Market" location down the street (as far as the basic things). However, every time I go there, it looks like a tornado hit the inside. They have trash everywhere, and there are never any carts or hand baskets (they will sit by the self-checkout all day). They will also berate you if you enter the store within 45 minutes of closing... not 5 minutes... 45 minutes."
"Two days ago, I spoke to a pharmacist in the morning and she said my prescription would be filled that day. In the evening, I went there and the lady asked "Oh, would you like me to fill this for you now, it'll just be about 20 minutes". I had already finished my shopping so I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes. So I went there again today (two days later) and the pharmacy was closed in the middle of the day! I guess they normally do that but this wouldn't have happened in the FIRST place if they did their job! Now I have to go there a THIRD time? I couldn't wait for them to re-open today because I had to get back to work. I'm switching pharmacies and I do NOT recommend this pharmacy!"

"Dirty store. Needs improvement not only with stocking products but staff here are incompetent. The store needs to be organized better. The store needs to be cleaned better. Workers need to know where stuff actually is, especially if they're a stocking worker. Clerks running registers need to work faster. Shouldn't take them longer than it takes me at self checkout with me 0 experience."
"If I could give zero star, I would’ve done that, I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes at the customer service desk so I can pay my utility bills and no one is here, and it’s only 6:30pm they told me to wait !!!! wait more than 40 minutes?? This store is a joke"
