Her customer service is off the charts - I was looking for items that were so hard to find - due to my illness I try to have everything organic so she helped me find about 5 products that usually are not made organic but she somehow located them and was so kind & gracious about it. She is a gem! I will shop there more often thanks to her knowledge and helpfulness as I don’t live super close by, but it’s worth the drive if this is how customers are treated. "The worst place to buy fruits, they always have mold and fungus on them. I bought raspberries last week, they had mold on berries sitting all the way at the bottom of the container and I had to throw all of it in the trash. Yesterday, I gave it another try and bought some more thinking this batch would be different, I bought and placed in the refrigerator promptly. Today, I see that they are all moldy as you can see in the photos. Obviously, I threw away the receipt with all the other bags. Even if I set aside my terrible experience, I fail to understand how the store expects low-income people to waste their hard-earned money on fruits that they can't safely consume."
"Fresh Thyme used to be one of my favorite grocery stores to go to. Their selection and prices were better than many of the other grocery stores in the area. They also used to carry a bunch of difficult to find items at a competitive price. However, the last few times I have visited at least this location, things have taken a drastic turn. Their produce selection is constantly picked over, their prices have gone up higher than many of their competitors, and they no longer stock a lot of the items that they used to. While I understand that many places are hit with labor shortages and supply issues, none seem to be having as many issues as a Fresh Thyme."
