"I placed an order TWO HOURS AGO with a 4p-5p pick up time. I notified through the app that I was “on the way”… I get there and check in… 6 minutes later, I receive a call that my order is being processed and it won’t be ready for about a half hour. My first questions: “what is the delay and why was I not notified when I said I was in route and would arrive in 10 minutes”… and now I have to sit here for a half hour and wait for an order I placed two hours ago??? “Micah” (who claimed to be the store manager) proceeds to tell me that they are backed up and I can leave and come back in a half hour. I’ve been a customer at this location for about 10 years and this is by far the worst customer service I’ve received at this location."
"Absolutely horrible. Zero management. Extremely poor stock consistently. Carts all over the parking lot. No excuse for the utter lack of basic standards of customer service. They are in a great location and must do great revenue mainly due to their location. It is NOT due to their stock, staff, and most importantly, their management. Needs a complete overhaul. Kroger should be ashamed."

"There's probably not alot you can say about a grocery store unless it stands out greatly in some way. Unfortunately this is not that case. I shop here quite often and I'm happy doing so, I can mostly find everything I need with a few exceptions. Although lately they seem to be lacking in stock fairly often. The last few times I've been there, no milk was stocked but visible thru the racks, I actually had to go back into the cooler and get the milk myself (I partially stocked the racks while in there) this happened twice. You'd also be hard pressed to find an employee over 18 years on the evening shift. That's not necessarily a bad thing but curious nonetheless. With all that being said, it is clean and the staff is polite, the produce, deli and meat dept. are adequate. It's a nice store albeit average."
