"Busy store, but very clean every time I walk in to do shopping. They usually are always fully stocked on their shelves at all times throughout the day (unlike all Krogers stores that are located with Rochester & Rochester Hills MI.) Thank you for all of the good work that all their employees put in at this Troy Location!!"
"Alot of empty shelves, deli staff is not helpful and seems annoyed when you want to get lunch meat. They are also not following boars heads standards, need retraining. They cut the meat however they want and get an attitude when you ask to see the slice, they have showed me a thin slice and I get home to thick sliced meat. Expired products on the shelves but they only do returns between certain times.... this location has alot of problems they need to work out."
"Every time I’m here it’s a really good experience. And when Anthony is my cashier and Luna is my bagger, all is right with the world. They are the best part of this store. The produce isn’t always completely stocked, there are gaps, the floors are rarely spotless—but I don’t care. The customer service alone is hands down better than any local Krogers. Please recognize how great Anthony and Luna are. Thank you :)"
"I had problems with this kroger in the past and I went there around 8/17/23 and its very dirty and unorganized , moldy produce everywhere and flies flying around . The cashier kept swatting away flies when checking me out. There are nicer and cleaner Krogers within close proximity. I will never be back to this location."
"The staff is usually pretty nice. I think I've only had a couple of interactions where the employee wasn't the nicest (once with the deli counter and once with the person at self checkout, but the person at the self checkout has retired awhile back now). My biggest gripe about this kroger is that the shelves are empty like 80% of the time. I almost always have to get something on my list a different day or at a different place."
