"The Online pickup is horrible!!! The associates who shop for your order always miss 5 to 8 items from your order. So when your order is brought out to your vehicle, you always have to throughly check your order to make sure you've received every item before you leave because your order will be missing a lot of items from your order. Which is beyond ridiculous! I believe I've used online pickup over 10 times and every time lots of items have been missing from my order and I've had to ask the associate to please go get the missing items. I also make sure to add substitutions to my order to make it a little easier for the associates to shop for my order but that hasn't helped either because I've still have a lot of items missing from my order every time I've picked up my online order. Wal-Mart needs to make sure the associates are verifying the entire order before bringing the order out to a customer. The online pickup needs tons of work."

"Probably never do that again, extreme wait times, half of items missing, the other half are wrong, and the packages themselves look like they've been mishandled, cans dented, packaging torn... Never again."
"The store is a mess and if you order online things listed as on stock are not in stock. Delivery is never on time. Tracking is inaccurate. And paying for same day delivery from a local store doesn't mean you will get the order same day even if you order 9 hours before closing."
"This service is amazing!!! It's had for me to get around with these busted knees. With this service, I'm still able to get quality items... My order has always been correct. They don't charge extra for the service. I make sure to tip the shopper and deliverer well."
