"Really bad service, the lady didn't even standed up to show me the matresses, I had to go to look a matress and go back to her desk to be asking for prices. Not recommended at all. Really bad customer service. Update: for some reason I am not able to see your replay, maybe you blocked me. Why you say you dont have records that I've been in your store? You want me to show the appointment confirmation ? It was just a feedback about the lady that is not kind, thats all."

"Had spent the entire day shopping for a mattress and box springs for my brother. I had called earlier and made an appointment for 5PM. We found just what we wanted, a quality mattress at a great price. Mattress was delivered the next day. Staff is terrific, friendly, courteous and no sales pitch or pressure. Such an easy process, highly recommend Mattress by Appointment!"

"It's run by a friendly, hardworking family. There is not much room to move around inside the small showroom, about enough for 1 person to walk. They go above and beyond for service though. Great prices as well."
