"Don't get me wrong this place is fun for the kids. BUT this place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The bathroom toilets do not flush, there is black mold growing around the soft drink machine, there are crumbs and dust everywhere, the pizza case is nasty looking, there's like super burnt crumbs on the bottom. If you observe the cleanliness, you will be horrified. There's gum everywhere and hasn't been cleaned up properly. The staff is what seems like just teenagers. The prices they want to charge are ridiculous for the condition it is in here."

"The prices are good. However, how come this place is so dirty? The drinking fountains are disgusting, probably so you buy bottled water. The bathrooms are also absolutely nasty. Additionally, the employees enter trampolines with shoes on? How's that a good example for anyone else? Plus, my kids land on the trampolines with their faces and hands sometimes, the same trampolines that the employees just walked on with heir dirty outdoor shoes?! But the worst part is...there are literally holes in a few of the trampolines! I don't get how people have such little pride in their business and such little interest in keeping people safe and healthy."

"Kids love the place.. BUT we stopped going after my son fell through the padding and not one worker cared. They did do renovations so we gave it another shot. The floors were gross and sticky, The drinking fountain is vial. The workers are lazy as all heck. They are supposed to open a slide every 15 minutes yet the only slide ever open is the blue one. The employees working the slide dont even watch the kids going down. They listen to music, look at the wall, and lay on the extra slide mats. There's a section for 0-5(A) and another for 5-10(B). My 4 year old was in B and they told me he couldn't be in there. Yet if you looked at the A section is was full of older kids.. there's no communication, or order at this location."

"It's a great place but it's dirty!! The bathrooms, the floors, and it just looks like there is no attention to detail. I came in as soon as they opened and all the employees are standing around sharing stories. Seems like noone is incharge. I would be upset if I was the owner and I walked in to my business to see how dirty it is, while all the employees are standing around. The only one employee that's paying attention to the kids is the guy that looks like Santa. This place is a place to not really work but to clock in and "chill" for what it seems like. Someone needs to grab a mop or a disinfectant wipe and start cleaning!!! I don't understand how the employees can jump with shoes??"

"Most of the attractions are closed, constantly. Today, at 5pm, with 30 kids here, the dodgeball, the slides, and all the zip line areas are closed. They say there’s not enough staff, but there’s 4 employees here…they just keep 2-3 sitting in the little office rather than manning attractions. Good thing they put in all the new stuff that’s never open. It’s becoming an absolute waste of money. I hope whoever owns /manages it reads this and does SOMETHING about it, but it’s almost always this way. Such a disappointment."
