"The Mad Science team were fantastic at my relatives birthday party. They did magic tricks using science so it's more interactive edutainment. They did a great job letting the birthday child feel special, while including and engaging all of their friends. They also selected science experiments that would be interesting to kids, from disappearing burning paper (magic flash paper) to soap that turns into vapor (dry ice), to DIY slime. And explained high level science in a way that was easy to understand and learn, but still on a level that kids would understand. The kids (6-11) were into it for a *whole hour*, silently on the edge of their seats, and volunteering for the group science demonstrations. They opened up a lab next door for the kids to try more experiments and gave us space after to do the more traditional birthday stuff (food, cake, presents), and stayed nearby in case anyone needed anything. Overall it was really fun and 2.5 hours flew by"
