"Our experience with Mike and Metro Carpet & Floors was first-class in extraordinary circumstances. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing service they offer. We first ordered carpet for my mom's condo. A few days prior to installation, the condo was flooded due to a particularly severe local storm. Mike was not only patient and understanding, we was extremely helpful in providing or arranging for other services we needed, in addition to the carpet. In the end, with help from Mike and Sahar, we were able to get the lower 2 ft of drywall replaced and painted in the entire condo, including new intererior doors. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities also were damaged. Sahar designed a brand new kitchen with new cabinets and countertops, and selected very nice replacement vanities for the bathrooms. Sahar also helped us pick out replacement laminate flooring for the kitchen, entry hall, and laundry room, which Metro's installers put in with the carpet. Fortunately, my Mom had already moved out of the condo prior to the storm. Thanks, in large part, to the beautiful work Metro and friends did, we were able to sell the condo for top dollar."
