Today is August 28,2020, 2 weeks into the project and Alside still cannot give me a clear delivery of when my order will arrive to the job site. Also the representative stated the order left New York warehouse on August 17th and they do not know where the order is as of today. How can you run such a big business without tracking on where your customer orders are? Very dissatisfied with how the company is handling this job."
