"Store is junky and the plant section is the worst I’ve ever saw it used to be very nice now it’s been pushed to the back behind a bunch of barbecue grills, outdoor furniture and a surplus of crates and tubs you can’t even get to the plants that are so neglected they’re dying. Sad!"
"Stopped in the store today for some shopping. While walking through the store I noticed that certain items throughout the store have wired panels and doors installed in front of them with locks reminding the store employees that they have to walk the item to the front for the customer. For all the decades of going to Home Depot I've never seen this before. Its very frustrating that they are treating their customers as potential thiefs. It's hard trying to find an associate to help you, now you have to find one to look at the items you are shopping for and then they have to carry them to the front. I'll be finding another store to shop at."

"I was just in there this evening attempting to return a damaged Christmas decoration that I lost the receipt for… ( my fault ). The manager on shift (blonde woman at customer service) was above and beyond amazing even with my husband getting rude with her. She remained patient, very friendly, and took care of us. I cannot praise this woman’s professionalism. She didn’t have to take care of us, but she did. I will forever be a customer at this Home Depot solely on how well your staff handled everything. Thanks again!"
