"I hate to leave a bad review, but I hope this helps correct. I returned some new wheel chocks that I did not need. They were brand new and never used. One of the four had a manufacturing defect where the grooves were flatter than the other. I didn't notice these when I bought them and didn't really matter since they were just wheel chocks. When I went to return them, the gentleman kept questioning if they were used when they were clearly new with tags attached. Besides this incident, this store is great."

"Great tools if you only need to use them once! I got one of the small screwdrivers I bought from them stuck in my urethra a few weeks back! That was NOT a pleasant ER visit! Definitely learned my lesson LOL"

"Not quite too sure what to think about this place. Ventures definitely on the rougher side of things. And I believe they are pretty much half off of everything they have it looks like a bunch of discontinued or repacked or returned or refurbished items. But it was definitely worth looking."

"I visited the Harbor Freight store located in Westland. Michigan. It's a took and equipment store. But has everything a hardware has plus more. I was looking for a specific item that I couldn't find anywhere else. This Harbor Freight location had the item. The cashier told me exactly where to find it. The customer service was great. I ended up purchasing more items than I went to buy. The have a wide variety of items at this location. I recommend this location and I will shop here again."

"Thank God I wasn't there when it blew! I bought a carport from this store a couple of weeks ago. Just came home today to find it completely ripped to shreds by the first mild rainstorm we've had since I bought it. Harbor Freight claims to have a 90 day return policy, but apparently that's only if you have a receipt, even though I paid for this with a card! Though they've completely scammed me out of my money, I'm thankful that no one was hurt and that my car was not parked in the port when this happened. Say what you want about the Home Depot, but I've never had an issue like this with returning a defective item well within a reasonable amount of time ever, and will never shop at this store again."
