"I’ve been going to this store for several years but the past several months have been very stressful. Today put the end of my going to this store. I walked around this store several times looking for what I needed. I found several items on my own but couldn’t find the last item. I passed 6 employees standing at the key counter. I stopped a few feet away from them and kept looking at the aisle info cards. They were to busy to ask if I needed help. I found what I needed and went to the cashier. I asked her where the closest ace was she said on Merrimack. I told here about my visit she made no comment. When leaving I approached her and said if this were my store she would have asked me to wait and get the manager to make this right. But I said that wouldn’t work because they apparently don’t have one. I have been a loyal customer for several years and now I know what all my friends and neighbors were saying. No one cares at this store as long as they get a paycheck"

"I posted this review for the wrong Ace Hardware. This is the proper Ace Hardware that I was service at. A few days ago Wow!!!! I have just had the most amazing experience here. The staff was so helpful. I’ll be back.especially want to thank Lucy for making everything great. She was very helpful and informative. It is nice to know that that there is some people out there that still care about customer service. I will be back. I will also share this with all of my friends, family and co-workers!!!!!"
