"Great hardware store. However the owner Armando is rudely anti-mask. During the height of COVID he didn't wear a mask, which is his choice but kind of disrespectful during a pandemic. Yet during the last "poor quality air" day this summer, I wore a mask as I was getting airway irritation from the wildfire smoke. When I entered, I could hear him loudly complaining to his employees "some people just live in fear." I don't really care if you don't believe in wearing a mask, but at least respect your customers choice, many of whom have medical issues necessitating the use of extra respiratory protection."
"I have been shopping here since this store opened, for about 40 or 50 years. The selection of handy products never disappoints! It's a great hardware store, with helpful staff."
"I just exchange a propane tank, got it home, opened the valve, and propane started leaking out of the top of the valve. Called to ask them what I should do with this thing and they said "put it in your car and bring it back..." I am not willing to put an actively leaking propane tank in my car. I will also not get to use all of the propane that I purchased. Super inconvenient, and a waste of money. Big box customer service with the look and feel of a small town hardware store."
