"If I could give zero stars I would! I’ve been coming here for years bought a couple sets of tires, even gave them an amazing review prior that I have to go back a correct according to today’s standard not past experiences. I was spoken to like I was just a women that couldn’t possibly know about cars and they were right, I was wrong & that was the end of it. Extremely rude customer service from the worker I spoke with & the manager was the most unprofessional, non understanding management I’ve ever spoken with and I’m just appalled & disappointed about the whole situation really."

"Discount Tire has really gone down hill. What first made me a customer was years ago I needed a flat tire fixed so I stopped in, and even though my tires weren't purchased there, they fixed my flat for free. I thought what a great business model. So of course when I needed tires for my car, they got my business. Fast forward to today, I stopped in to have a slow leak looked at on the Goodyear Eagles I purchased at the Woodhaven location and was told they couldn't work on the tires because they were worn. I told the customer service representative that I bought the tires from that location and again was told the tire was unsafe and they couldn't work on them. Never once did he think to check my purchase date, and see if the tires were under warranty or offer any solution. Instead I was simply told they couldn't work on my tire. Well guess what, turns out other companies fix flats for free now and have professional customer service representatives that actually do their jobs. Looks like it's time to give my business to a company who cares."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place and their service doesn’t even deserve one star. I had an appointment at 10:30 for a tire leak it ended up being a cracked wheel. I came back to get my car after they said it was done and the job was not done properly. They took my wheel and tire after I told them that I would like to keep it. They did not put a new tire on the new wheel like I asked and paid for. I went back inside and told them that they didn't do the job right so they fixed it for me but then when I got my car back the inside of the car and the steering wheel was filthy! I got there at 10:30 and didn't leave till 2:00. There’s no reason my vehicle should come out looking like this. To top it all off I am missing two lug nuts on my tires which were there before bringing the car in!"

"Great service and location. Service staff are very friendly, Patient, knowledgeable and professional. I had outstanding service. The staff person that waited on me took his time explaining the problem with my tires and answering all the questions I had. My front tire on the passenger side had a slow leak. They rep- aired it, for free. Yes People, Discount Tire doesn't charge for flats. Yeaaaaaa can you believe it ????? I am so happy. What a great service to the community. Discount Tire has earned a new loyal customer. Thanks to all the dedicated employees !!!"

"Love this place. I feel like I'm a burden but this place has fixed so many flat tires for me for absolutely free every time. I do tip the guys $20 for fixing my tire. Well deserved. Hard working and genuinely very friendly. Thanks discount tire for all my flat tires you fixed. I definitely will come to you when I do buy new tires. Lifetime commitment. Thank you! ..."
