I found one of the set of boards not to my liking in terms of color; it didn't really match the color on the website. I emailed them and they apologized, and immediately sent a replacement set of 10 more boards, stained to the proper color, and didn't charge me a penny more, and let me keep the 10 improperly stained boards so that I didn't have to bother with shipping them back. And the replacement set arrived in a couple days. You really could not ask for better product quality and service. Highly recommend the Millwork Outlet for your next woodworking project."
