"We had our kitchen remodeled through this company. It began well. We agreed to the design and we were given a schedule. Within a week or two the process was delayed due to several members of the team having Covid. This set the timeline back about a week. We were prepared for delays as is the nature of these types of projects. What followed was an absolute nightmare. We were not given an updated schedule so we had no idea who was coming and when. Often, if I didn’t reach out for information none was offered. Their designer did not recognize that the island base would not support the large countertop I asked for (the countertop had an overhang of 18” with no added support) so now I have legs I didn’t originally want. In addition the crew decided to help themselves to my husbands tools and lumber to put in a temporary counter support. I asked on two separate occasions to have the backsplash all the way to the ceiling. The owner “didn’t remember” this conversation so there wasn’t enough tile ordered to finish the job. Finally there was no walk through when the job was completed. I guess the home owner is supposed to do that? If you go with this company I suggest you get EVERYTHING in writing and not rely on them to “remember” your requests. There is another review with a similar complaint. Seems to be a pattern with this company. We will be doing some more remodeling next year and will definitely be looking elsewhere to spend our money. Not worth the headache."

"Appointment scheduled for second time, again stood up. First time nobody at location. Second time staff member rude and acted like we were an imposition and told us we did not have appointment. Left and went to two competitors and were welcomed and treated like customers. With all the money this business spends on advertising you would think customers would be valued."

"Update: According to Kelly?, any errors of the job are our fault. Other than Ann, the sales person, the business is a joke. Shoddy workmanship but nice people, who don’t return phone calls or keep their word. We won’t be using them again. With cellphones and email there are no reasons not to keep the customers informed!"

"Went in for a design consultation and never heard back. Decided to go with another company that was more prompt for what we needed. In response to management below if it was a misunderstanding on our part I apologize. Unfortunately your timeframe just didn’t meet ours. You did have a great product line and a lot of items to choose from which was great!"

"Laborers and Project Manager were professional and hardworking. Customer Service, scheduling and ownership was lacking. They were difficult to reach during the process, and did not always communicate important details. Also, many details we clearly communicated were missed or forgotten. Not all details were shared with the laborers onsite. I had to direct them on certain design aspects, like the height of the vanity. When an issue arose, small ones were quickly fixed by the Project Manager, while bigger ones were passed to the owner. While trying to resolve these issues, the owner and designer were argumentative and unprofessional. We even received part of an internal email, which said something offensive about us. The designer and owner made this process difficult and very frustrating. My entire career has been in customer service, and this experience takes the gold medal for the worst. Contrary to their typical reviews, our experience was completely different. I STRONGLY recommend choosing a DIFFERENT company."
