"The furniture selection has been good. I have purchased from Klingman’s for more than twenty years. After my past two experiences this year at Klingman’s I am done. Buying furniture at Klingman’s is no longer enjoyable. We have had to wait months beyond the time we were told to expect furniture delivery. Yes they did deliver the furniture and waived the delivery fee ( and gave us a bottle of furniture polish) but it was one disappointment after another. I’m done."

"I worked with Sheri Potter from the Holland location of Klingman’s and had a fantastic experience! She helped me with a main floor remodel, including two rooms of furniture, a new color palette for the entire floor, fresh paint for all walls and cabinets, refinishing of our wood floors, all new cabinet hardware, and new area rugs. The final product was amazing. I love coming into my home where it is visually cohesive and beautiful. Some things I like most about Sheri as a designer are her project management skills, her eye and style for design choices, her willingness to work with changing ideas and find new options when needed, her network of talented contractors, her hard work, and her pleasant personality.
