"THE worst place to buy tile! Visited on a Saturday afternoon, well before closing time and 3 ladies behind the desk were no help. We have never had to order tile before and we were shaking with madness at how little help we got. Ended up at Menards and a young gentleman showed us everything and explained everything we needed. DON’T SHOP HERE! When we walked in my husband asked if we were their only customers for the day, one lady replied “God I hope so”. Who says that to a customer?!?! Wish I didn’t even have to give 1 star to post this!"

"My wife and I both had to leave work early and drive across town on a Friday afternoon to make it to the store prior to it closing at 4:00pm. After fighting traffic we arrived at 3:48pm and stood outside the entrance waiting to be let in. We could see that there were (2) other customers being assisted inside. One of the employees motioned for us to come in. When we opened the door she immediately told us that they close at 4:00pm. I ask if we could look around real quick while they were finishing up with the customers that were already in the store. She quickly responded that "it's Friday afternoon and we are all ready to leave"..... At this point you could have the best product for the lowest price and I will still NEVER go back to this (or any other Beaver Tile) store. I now see a similar review on your site. Obviously your priorities are not the customer or service. I would be embarrassed to to have employees like this representing my business. We won't be back."

"Not a good experience like many of the other reviewer’s have had. Wrong color tile came in and manager tried giving me the spiel that there was nothing he could do about it until I threatened small claims. Product took a month to come in they close at 4 o’clock in the afternoon which made it hard for me to get over there to deal with things because I’m running a business also over in Holland I ended up just telling him to order the tile in white to play it safe because I didn’t want to deal with the wrong color coming in again and waiting another month. I also had paid for everything in full which they insisted on before I had a chance to even see the tile and then they are trying to tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. I happen to own the number one painting and decorating business along the lake Michigan shoreline and I will be sure to spread the negative word on this business."
