"I bought shingles to reroof my house. The good: * Friendly, knowledgeable service * One of the few places you can find Malarkey shingles * Large selection of take-home samples * Very reasonable delivery fee. * I'm a homeowner, not a repeat-customer contractor, but I was still treated as a valued customer. Could be better: * When I brought in returns, they said they had my credit card on file and would post back to it. When I checked my statement and found no credit, I had to make another trip there to give my info since they didn't actually have it. * First shipment didn't have enough shingles. They arranged another shipment in a couple days, but that time the truck cracked my driveway. * Someone in the back kept using vulgar language when I was in the store on several occasions."
