"THEY HAVE A POP UP NEXT ABC WAREHOUSE RIGHT NOW DUE TO THEIR LOCATION BEING WRECKED BY A TORNADO. I LOVE THIS LOCATION AND LAYOUT SO MUCH MORE THAN THE LAST ONE. TGEY ARE ALSO ACCEPTING DONATIONS."
"Meh. It was better before they moved here. It was even better when it was on Wisconsin St. No bargain days and the merchandise is way over priced. You'd think since they received the inventory for free via donations they'd pass the "goodwill" on to the community. I prefer Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity much better."
"This Goodwill is Awesome!! They offer a great selection that is organized so well that it's easy to find the items you are looking for. The store is very neat and tidy. The thing that was truly impressive and sets this location apart from other local Goodwill stores is the staff. The ladies were kind, helpful and courteous not just to customers but also to each other. The manager was working amongst her staff and helping them in a respectful manner. I had a return with a receipt within the return timeframe and with the help and guidance of her manager my cashier was able to make the transaction smooth and fast. The store in my own town balks at returns and I assume it is due to the availability of a manager. This retail store and it's staff are top notch! Great Job Ladies! Keep up the excellent customer service!"
"Well. Very rude and disrespectful. My wife and I went in there Sunday and where ambushed tightight away about wearing a mask. We both have medical complication and are unable to do so. They said it was the law and we had to leave. I was blown away by the rudeness. It's not a law in any shape or form. They need to be trained about this. I will never shop there again."
