"Every time I come here the guy with dark brown/ black hair and glasses is extremely rude for no reason. It's cool if you hate your job or working with general public but for this guy to just be so miserable every time I go in is really exhausting. I've seen him at the fenton location and linden. No matter where he is, he is extremely unpleasant."
"Most of the workers are nice, one has little to no hospitality. Got half way thru ringing me in and just dropped everything to help another lady who knew her by name, when her coworker called her out about not waiting her turn all her defense was that the lady owned some company. Guess I have to own a company to get good service after arguing with me over 7 cents when she owed me $4 she just didn’t count the money in her hand correctly. Frequented often, but probably will never come back as this was the icing on the cake for me."
"I went into this store today for easy shipment for FedEx. Had my label and everything and I asked if there was any shipping tape and she snapped back that they don't do that there's tape in the back. Was like ok went and got my wallet and came back in to pay for the tape so I could seal up my box and rude as hell cashier was like you want me to get a mgr. Like I had some sort of problem. I grabbed my box and left immediately so such a unhappy and ornery woman shouldn't be in customer service won't ever be back to this store again. FedEx capabilities need to be taken away. Went to another local FedEx provider had zero issues and they even taped it for me."
"Me and my girlfriend have been going here religiously for a while now. The store is very nice and has a lot of stuff. The staff is also amazing! Pam is an absolute sweetheart and is always so helpful and super nice to talk to. DG is lucky to have a worker like her!"
"Everything was ok until I was waiting in line & an older female employee with a ponytail & black gym shoes was stocking shelves out of a gray tote. She was loudly throwing out f-bombs & saying, really, what A-holes. I'm guessing she was referring to customers. Not nice & kids were around!"
