Walmart Supercenter

"I drive from Holly to this Walmart in Fenton because their CVS store's recycling machine has been out of order for 9 WEEKS! They sell little Seagrams Pina Coladas 5/$5 and Walmart is the only place I've found that accepts them. I've tried Kroger, Holly Market, Veegees, about 5 other places. I'll probably run out of space here, I just left Holly CVS quite preturbeded! When I get home, I'll review my stay. I can't believe they treated a good customer so Shabbily! I'll also do a post on (TwitterX @nodaveme)!"

"I bought a PS5 and the greeter at the front wanted to see my receipt for it. I gave her a receipt for the groceries I bought and she not that one but the one for the PS5. That pissed me off, I paid for it in the electronics department, otherwise how was I supposed to get it. I don't have a key for the locked cabinet that it was in, and people walking by me looking like I did something wrong. I gave her the receipt and she told me to have a good day, yeah how am I supposed to do that after you just made me look like a thief."

"Fenton store is generally good. Clean, mostly friendly staff. Reason for negative review is delivery service. They allow you to place an order but cannot guarantee delivery. They use a third party service and delivery is dependent upon someone taking that delivery. I placed an order 2 days later they were still unable to deliver. My car was frozen so I couldn't pick it as they suggested. In the meantime they have a hold on your funds that takes several days to reverse if you cancel. A neighbor drove me up there and I was shorted 9 items when I got home. After I called customer service they issued a refund and gave a whole 5 bucks for my troubles. I've had good deliveries last year with very considerate drivers but have had to pick it up a few times. Been shorted a single item a couple times. Overall if they can't guarantee delivery they should not offer the service ! I also subscribed to Walmart + to save on delivery fees which was a waste of money so I'll be canceling that subscription"

"The cashier was spending more time checking her text messages than cashing out customers. When asked what she was doing, all she said was, " it's a company phone." I was unaware that walmart provided their cashiers a phone to text."

"I ordered groceries through the pick up and when I got home I found that someone opened my Oreos and a whole row of my Oreos missing from them and also gave me expired pepperoni from the deli and it looked like someone snacked on that as well would’ve taken photo of meat but I already threw that out and threw Oreos away"
