"The pharmacy erroneously dispensed the wrong medication. I was ingesting the wrong medicine for over three weeks. My doctor was the one who noticed it was not the correct prescription, though it had a similar spelling. My doctor called the pharmacy and verified it had been an error on their end. The medication I was given could have potentially caused fainting, swollen limbs, and even heart attack. There was no recourse other than a simple apology from the pharmacist."
