"I will never shop at Vicbond again. We were lied to, we were told our stuff was ordered. It was not they order from Kohler by semi load. When you give them the money for deposit your stuff may not be ordered for several weeks. This is not told to you on an honest level. When my product that was supposed to be in July 1 came August 15. It was damaged they refused to compensate me. However, Kohler sent me a check for $200 and apologized for them. I just ran into a client from 10 years ago who just had a similar experience at Vicbond .said he will never shop there again. Also, just a heads up do not special order Vicbond you never know when it will come."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. My furnace went out On New Year’s Eve. They were closed a guy happen to pull up let me in trouble shoot my furnace and another guy came up from his home and helped me with the part and I was back in business right away They even showed me how to install the part myself. They are an amazing family owned business and you should without question be using them."
