"I am devasted... They managed to ruin a project even after we went with someone else. We spent several weeks putting together a package for our new build. It always felt rushed and there were repeat mistakes, but our rep was always helpful and we were understanding and worked out the details. When it came time to order, our sales contact stopped responding for weeks. We ultimately had to take our project somewhere else due to time constraints, we just couldn't wait anymore. We priced out the final skus with another supplier and placed an order quickly to make up for lost time. Unfortunately there were still many mistakes in the order that we were not aware of - completely wrong windows - and we had no idea it was still a bad list until $40,000 in doors and windows arrived on site today. And since we used the list from our rep who stopped responding, there is no way to correct this with the new company. My exterior is ruined. And all I can do is deal with it, and regret ever attempting to work with this company. What should have been an exciting day has left me in tears. I wish our project hadn't been repeatedly treated as an afterthought and had been given the attention and priority like larger customers. I'm still in shock that this happened, and absolutely crushed."
