"I will never use this auto shop again. Long story short, I had an appointment for a Saturday and my tires didn't get installed until wednesday. There are many more details in between this but I don't feel like typing them all out. In the end, the compensation I received for the runaround and time wasted that I received was $17 off of my bill. Whoop-dee-doo"
"The appointment for new tires was scheduled for 6pm. I arrived at 5:15pm. The manager said they like early arrivals. They got my car in at 5:30pm. There was only one other vehicle in the shop. That vehicle was getting just one tire installed. It took these guys 2 hours and 50 minutes to install 4 new tires on my vehicle. There were times where I didn't see the guys in the bay. Like I mentioned, they were not busy, at all. Unbelievable service."
