"Been here a couple times over the last two years. They've consistently gotten the job done and I have had no complaints. Replaced a fuel line on 2010 Car and general maintenance items."

"When I first arrived, Ron seemed to be very friendly but that changed. First Ron assisted me in having the AC Compressor installed by his team. The AC Compressor broke causing my belt to come off losing power steering and overheating. Ron ordered another ac compressor and had his team install it on my Jeep. I asked Ron was the part brand new because I couldn’t understand how it broke so easily. He assured me that it was a new part in which I had no reason not to trust Ron at this time. I noticed on my receipt that it stated the part was REMANUFACTURED and not a new part. Ron claimed that they can only get the remanufactured part and not a new one. When I confronted Ron about this dreadful lie he insisted that the part was a brand-new. I informed him what a remanufactured part is since he seemed to not understand that he did not install a new part. He also had his team install brake pads and rotors. Ron claims the pads were correct and only the rotors were wrong. My question is why his team is installing parts opposite of what he told me to my face he would be installing. Poor communication between the employees and Ron apparently. So I drive off the lot and I notice that the rotors seem to be warped VERY BAD. Why did they not test the breaks before allowing me to drive off the lot? Doesn't make any sense. That's when I came in the following day and Ron had the proper rotors installed. He claims he didn't need to replace the pads because they were the correct ones. Which didn't make sense because I could've sworn those pads came in the same box as the warped rotors, but who knows. Ron also was in the process of fixing my rear taillight. He ordered a used one and offered to give it to me and install it for about $75 dollars if I'm not mistaken. Ron was nice enough to hold it at the shop until I could afford to pay for it over the next couple weeks. But given the other delays with the vehicle parts and having to come back and forth to the shop multiple days I couldn’t work and acquire the funds for the light. Ron also had his team install a new wiring harness. The person who installed it didn't check that the latch was CLAMPED on to the harness so after driving for while my headlight went out again. I checked under the hood and noticed the clamp/harness was disconnected from the bulb. I tried to reconnect it, but it wouldn't clamp properly. I gave it a little more force and the clamp ended up breaking very easily. Another cheap part, figures. I've never broken a headlight harness clamp in over 13 years of driving and changing my own bulbs. The last time I was at the shop speaking with Ron expressing my troubled situation about everything and how I believed that he should replace the light harness because the clamp would've never snapped if his team installed it properly to begin with. Instead of just replacing the part free of charge Ron tried to charge me an additional $35 dollars to install a new one. I was not accepting of that offer at first. Ron then tries to show me that the harness will stay connected with friction by replacing the bulb and that they shouldn't slip off while driving. I was not happy with this because I paid full price to have it installed correctly by "professionals" in which that did not happen. Ron cuts me off mid-sentence as I’m speaking to him about my troubles with his shop then begins to change the subject and walks over to open the chain gate. I'm confused because I thought he was trying to show me something on my jeep, but he was opening the gate so he could pull my jeep out so that I could leave. HOW RUDE!!! It's been months now since this all happened so my story is a little all over the place, my apologies for that. Ron never responded to my final email from Sept 14th, 2023. He was responding and very friendly until I started to speak up about the MULTIPLE ERROR's happening at his shop. **I couldn't explain the full situation because google doesn't allow for it."

"On Thursday, June 30th at 3:33pm, I made an Appointment for the next day at noon for 2 new tires with Ron. When I arrived he told me I didn’t. Which was an audacious lie. Through these reviews it can be seen this is a chronic habit of his. If you lie about that, what else are you going to lie about after touching my car? I found someone down the road who could do the same job at a better price and faster. When I told Ron, he tried to claim corporate would be unreachable for 4 days before I could request a refund. Which was also a lie (unsurprised), I was able to immediately receive full refund. I will warn all of my friends and family to avoid Ron at Goodyear Tire. Now, I am very satisfied with the friendly, honest, fast, and affordable service I received elsewhere."

"The Goodyear location in Livonia, MI saved my family's holiday trip! They were able to complete my entire online order in 1 day. It normally takes 1 week. The store manager, Earl Sides, called me personally to confirm my order details. When I asked if he could pull off a holiday miracle so we would not have to cancel our holiday trip, he said no problem. Bring in your truck asap. I took my truck in at lunch time. They took care of everything before they closed that day. The assistant service manager, DJ Guth, finished my order with the same pleasant attitude and professionalism as the store manager. The whole team went over and beyond. My family and I truly appreciate their exceptional customer service."
