"I had a funny experience here.. I came in one day from a Groupon code, when I got there I see an unhappy customer not satisfied because they are not accepting Groupon codes. Cops were also there because of the unhappy customer, supposedly “he had a gun” I don’t know I didn’t see it. So I said it’s whatever I’m still going to get an oil change and trans fluid because I called ahead and asked about a specific transmission fluid pump. But the officers asked for me to leave because the situation was intense. I came back the next day and they told me they can’t do my tans pump and that’s why I went there to begin with, I told him it’s fine and that I was going to leave because I already seen the dishonesty in front of me. Instead he had someone under there already draining the oil forcing me to pay for his service and I ended paying $80 more then what I usually pay for an oil change. BEWARE!"
