"Mina was the woman who did my nails, I asked for a very specific nail design and despite me not knowing anything she was patient, kind, understanding, and very gentle with me. She let me express changes I wanted throughout the process and it was during a WALK IN! She took adorable photos of my nails and I am beyond happy with these results, I felt warmth and hospitality through the entire place the entire time, absolutely 0 judgement of me being a chatterbox and we had a real conversation, she's professional and she was quite quick and efficient despite my sudden changes in requests and accommodations I needed. I would give this business more stars if I could. If you go into this business and are expecting a clean, happy environment, that is exactly what you will get!! these were for my birthday (:"

"I came to get a full set and pedicure, my nails look like i did them myself. I asked for coffin shaped nail and got bulky square. When i complained she said it was because of my small nail beds which makes no sense at all as I’ve been getting my nails consistently for 10 years. The other person working there said the only thing he could do was file them since they were already done, he told me it would take forever and they were already booked for the rest of the day. I spent 130$ on my service all together and it was a complete waste. See pictures for reference."

"If I could give a negative ⭐ -1 I would. All because one employee in particular was rude and difficult... My boyfriend & I got manicure and pedicure (my technician was good) However the technician for my boyfriend did a horrible job (no scrub no lotion left the wet towel on his legs went and sat down on her phone) so when it was time for his manicure I suggested the lady that did my mani & Pedi service him and she did. When it was time to pay I said we need a discount for his pedicure she didn't clip the cuticles etc you can see the bad job on his feet. (Not asking for free but a discount) the male technician was rude said NO at first then after seeing his feet said let her fix it I said no there is already someone in her chair and we are not waiting ...we'll take a $20 discount He refused and said $15 I said no $20 (we are not paying the entire $35) HE CALLED THE POLICE over a $5 dollar difference. Of course I welcomed the police call if you must. in the end the owner said ok ok $20 discount $110 vs $130 HE JUST LOST 2 CUSTOMERS OVER $5"

"I’ve been calling these people to refund me my money, I’ve filed four disputes against this establishment, first they didn’t answer the phone the first few weeks so I had my bank contact them, they didn’t answer for my bank, this is my second time posting a review, they deleted my first one, so I will keep posting reviews and filing disputes until they do what’s right, while talking to the staff today they were very rude, laughing at me as if what they’ve done to me was righteous, they repeatedly hung the phone up in my face... and to be honest, the only reason I went to this place is because it was too short of a notice to make an appointment with “GET NAILED “ which is the nail salon around the corner, they are absolutely amazing and knows how to treat natural nails, they do not force you to get acrylic as this nail salon did. Very unprofessional!!"
