"Rama did my eyebrows good, in terms of shaping, but I don't think she washed her hands or was very cleanly because I broke out so badly on my forehead afterward. I loterally watched her touch her hair, pull it into a bun, and touch my forehead immediately after. My skin is very clear normally and this happened right after leaving the salon so I know it was the threading. This doesn't happen when I do my own brows at home so it isn't just sensitive skin. I didn't see barbicide anywhere to disinfect the scissors either. Won't be coming back."

"They do my eyebrows so well! I am very picky when it comes to my eyebrows shape and I like them thick! I was used to doing my eyebrow with only one person when I was in NYC. But ever since I moved to MI from NY, I have been going to Neelam because that's the only place that didn't screw up my brows! I do it with the owner and she is the best. She does an incredible just doing the touch up and retaining the original shape of the brow. Great customer service as well. 10/10."

She does an excellent job with my eyebrows and is always very thorough and pays attention to detail. The salon has undergone recent renovations and it looks clean, beautiful and modern.
