"I scheduled an apt 24 hours in advance and it was canceled. No problem, scheduled another it was accepted. I was waiting for 30 minutes thinking she was behind. No problem i can wait. Then i go to ask if she wanted me to reschedule and she told me i should not have been able to schedule the time that her system allowed. And she didn’t even try to remedy or apologize. She just wanted to justify that it wasn’t her fault. Very unprofessional and unsympathetic. Your better off using a different service."

"Beware, this lady is super disorganized, has no respect for other people’s time and when questioned will blame you for the issues. Absolutely unprofessional! Her work is pretty sub par too. Would highly recommend that you stay away from this place. You can get your nails done for a better price and with high quality elsewhere. She deserves a zero star! The first time I got there late because she moved locations and never told me even though we exchanged texts that morning to confirm the appointment. I waited at the old location for 15 minutes before someone told me that she has moved. When I got to the new location she was rude and didn't apologize once that it was her fault that I was late but made it sound like I was at fault!! Second time she cancelled the appointment on me 45 minutes prior to the scheduled time, I didn't see the text and went to the salon. She marked that Groupon as used even though I didn't use it!! I have uploaded a picture of the text I received from her that shows that she cancelled the appointment on me. She has the audacity to say that I was a no show! This is my very first time buying groupon and I bought a couple of groupons for Tranquility (I didn't read the fine print, my bad) . When I found out I cannot use multiple groupons for myself, I decided to use the second one (2 shellac manicure deal) for my daughter, she had a problem with that also. Today's appointment was for my daughter, she completely ignored the fact that it was an appointment for a different person who was there with me the whole time. I left because of her rude behavior, never to go back again even though the groupon I bought is a 2 time shellac manicure. Extremely horrible customer service!!! Update 7/14 - I got an email from the owner on my Groupon Review today ( I posted the review on both google and on Groupon since I bought the services on Groupon, both reviews were posted on Friday, 7/12). She is claiming that she already serviced my daughter for the second Groupon I bought. Really? what a joke! My daughter who cannot drive yet never went to this salon. I drove her on Friday. If the owner can describe my daughter's face even fifty percent accurately, I will remove my review from google and from Groupon! Let's just hypothetically say that I did take my daughter there once already, didn't I say the deal was 2 shellac Groupon, which means I could technically still take her there one more time?? Wow, this is really weird. I have never experienced anything like this before!"

"Shady!!! If I could give zero stars I would! Made appointment for a Thursday evening only to get notified that the appointment was rescheduled for same time next day! Took the next day appointment time because mistakes happen and I had the time only to be called the same morning of the new appointment and asked to reschedule again! I did a because I had a cancellation and had the time. Ultimately, the owner canceled on me several hours later that day. Ladies, spend your money elsewhere! Don't try to schedule anything at this place. Whatever "deal" is being offered by the nail tech is too good to be true. You can't leave a message and you'll be wasting your precious time trying to. Thankfully, Groupon gave me a full refund on the multiple services I purchased from this place. The only silver lining here. It'll be a miracle if this place stays in business."
