"I went in to have dip done on my nails and she was so rough. She didn’t remove my tips before hand properly and then when filing them she chipped most my nails on the side. Looks terrible. She also convinced me to include a manicure and I still have so much cuticle hanging out. And all this took took an hour and half of my time. Did such a messy job. They look awful. UPDATE. They redid my nails, they look much better this time. Veronica was very kind and did a fantastic job. I appreciated the fact that they wanted to fix them and make my experience better. I’ll be going back now. Thanks again!"
"I went to Kelvin and he did not disappoint. He had a very calm presence and gave me exactly what I wanted with no fuss. Itim was very attentive for my pedicure. I really appreciated that she kept checking in with me."
"I’ve came here 3 times. The first time a lady did my nails and it was okay but yesterday I came in and i had a man do my nails. Usually I ask for a woman but I let him do it. He didn’t understand anything I was trying to say. I asked for a manicure but he didn’t even cut my cuticles and he burned me so many times with the tool they use to take off the gel polish before they soak in acetone. I continuously had to ask him if he could do a neat job on just the base because I got dip powder. After asking to be buffed clean and properly, he proceeded to be rough with my hands. I paid $105 for both my feet and hands. It’s so not worth it and I am so dissatisfied with my service."
