"I went in on my lunch, received a manicure that barely involved water. No hand massage, no oil, or lotion. After expressing that I wasn’t satisfied with the results, I was asked to come back the next day. I came back the following day, only to be told that everyone was booked and that I needed to come back another day. I tip every time I come here or anywhere for that matter, but the REALITY IS, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, how polite you are or how much money you spend, when you are black, you just don’t receive good service."
